Call Scripts can be created in Topa Dial easily, and will appear on the agents screen, prompting them what to say.
Scripts can “merge” customer data into them, for best results. First, navigate to the scripts section in the Dialler Settings menu
Here you can see below, how easy it is to insert merged fields into a call script.
The call script will appear at the bottom of the agents page on the agent interface
